Making bill-paying easier

Keeping track of bills can be a hassle. That's why we now offer email reminders for IEEE insurance customers.

Starting this month, we'll send:

Payment notifications (to customers who are set up for recurring payments)
Payment reminders (to customers who are not set up for recurring payments)
Payment confirmations (to all customers after they make payments)
Past-due notices (to anyone with a balance at least 30 days past the due date)

To see your benefit options, visit IEEEinsurance.com. While you're there, you can also log in to My Account to see your current plan details.

To make paying your IEEE bill even faster and easier, you can now pay by phone 24/7—without ever talking to a representative.

Just call IEEE at 800-493-4333 (IEEE). Then follow the prompts to pay by phone. It's easy, fast and secure!
